  • At the top page start with a heading and the name of the department, university, and address.
  • The letter of qualifications usually doesn’t address the name of the chairman or the head of the department but rather addresses the search committee.
  • The information should be the skill and experience and how you can meet the requirement of the conditions. Answer every requirement with your experience and quality.
  • You can format the letter of qualifications with bullet points of all the qualifications and experiences for a better understanding and judge you at a glance.
  • Don’t describe the skill and the experience rather make a bullet point with the specific date and authority and type of work you did for the organization.
  • Write more than one page, because the cover letter is usually written on one page.
